DELIVERY POLICY
Once payment is received in full, goods will then be shipped out. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days after payment has been made. It may take longer for the delivery to get to you depending on your location. We are not responsible for delivery and transit times. If you are experiencing difficulty with receiving your goods please let us know and we will make every effort possible to track it down for you.
DELIVERY COST
NSW will be a flat rate of $10. INTERSTATE will be a flat rate of $15 or calculated on the cheapest possible rate for larger sized orders. All OVERSEAS purchases will be quoted on before shipping out the goods as each COUNTRY differs in POSTAL RATES.
REFUNDS We do not refund for incorrect choice so please choose carefully. Goods must be returned within 7 days and be in its original package with all labels/tags still attached. We will then assess the returned item or items. If there is a manufacturing issue we will gladly exchange the item for you or issue you with a store credit.
